Duties
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and optimise performance
- Conduct negotiations to secure favourable terms and close deals effectively
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop sales strategies and campaigns
- Manage administrative tasks including reporting, CRM updates, and sales documentation
- Drive continuous improvement in sales techniques and customer engagement practices
Preferred Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, negotiation, and customer service roles
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Valid driving licence with the ability to travel as required
- Excellent organisational skills with effective time management capabilities
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales operations (CRM software, MS Office)
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards common goals
