Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing new client relationships and maintaining existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. A valid driving licence and proficiency in IT are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to meet sales targets
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM systems
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company’s offerings

relevant experience / not required

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar sales environment
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrable customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant programmes
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently
